Shop Policies: Jewellery

Payment Policies:

Payment is accepted via Paypal. You can pay either using your credit card or by logging into your Paypal account if you have one.

If you are in Australia and wish to pay by direct deposit, please contact me for details and for Australian dollar pricing.

Unfortunately I do not accept money orders or cheques.

All payment must be made immediately when purchasing. If payment is not received and no contact has been made within 48 hours I will need to cancel the sale.

For commissioned works a quote will be sent out first and work will commence once payment has been made in full, but due to fluctuating metal prices this quoted price can only be held for 3 days from the given quote date.

Shipping Policies:

I ship my jewellery from Brisbane, Australia. I send items by Australia air parcel post for deliveries outside of Australia and Express parcel post within Australia. Works can be insured if you wish but will be at an additional cost.

Please generally allow 4/5 working days for the item to be sent and a further 2/3 working days for delivery, depending on your location. Delivery to the US and most European locations is generally between 8 to 10 working days from Australia.
If it is a commissioned work allow 8 to 10 for the piece to be made as well as postage time for delivery or an allocated time will be given with your quote if it is more complicated.
Please take into consideration that all my work is hand crafted by me, so if there is a rush of orders at the same time there may be a delay, but you will always be notified immediately upon purchase

If your item is urgently required, please contact me A.S.A.P. to discuss this so I can let you know if it can be made and sent sooner.

I will email confirmation of purchase as well as the date of parcel being sent, this will allow you to track the time. If you have not received your parcel within 14 working days please contact me as Australia post can track the parcels location.
Should a parcel go missing and it is uninsured I will review the case so as to replace the piece. This is done on case by case bases.

2021 update: Please note that Due to Covid a global pandemic, that these shipping times are a guideline. Whenever possible i will upgrade your parcel to include tracking but can still not grantee a quick delivery as each country tackles post through a crisis differently.

Packaging:

All parcels are double boxed. In other words to insure a safe journey the items are gift boxed and then wrapped and placed into a parcel box or bubble wrap. So items can be given directly as a gift.

Customs and import duties:

Please note that all international customers may be subject to import duties, fees or taxes, which are levied after a parcel reaches your country. If a parcel is rejected because customs clearance charges or there is a refusal to accept delivery you will be responsible for the cost incurred, including international shipping and handling.
If you have any questions, please check with your local customs organisation.

All of my parcels and customs forms are labelled as 'fashion accessories' for jewellery purchases

2021 update: Please note that Due to Covid a global pandemic, that these customs instructions are a guideline. Whenever possible i will upgrade your parcel to include tracking but can still not grantee a quick delivery as each country tackles post through a crisis differently.

Refund Policy:

Pieces can be returned if damaged or incorrect items are sent. Please send the item back within 14 working days as well as email me if you wish to do so. That way I can expect the parcel back or sort the problem out promptly. Once I have received the parcel back and assess the situation I can either replace the piece or refund you. This is done on a case to case bases and I hold the right to that final decision.
Work can also be exchanged if it is done within the 14 working day period.
Again email me to confirm your intentions.

Refunds will not be issued if you have simply changed your mind!

Additional info:

Please note that variations of the original image may occur as all my work is hand crafted by me. It is part of my work that there is some slight variation in my flowers caused in forging or part of my finishing process....this is what makes my work unique and no 2 items will ever be the same. Stones are outsourced and may have variation in shade of colour or minimal size difference but are matched as best they can.

Customer orders are welcome; simply email me and I will send you a quote and sketch if needed.

Wholesale orders are welcome; simply email me to make arrangements or to get a quote.
I am always looking for outlets for my jewellery so if you have a gallery or shop and would like to take some stock on consignment, please contact me for a full catalogue of work to choose from.

Blackened silver: This is when silver receives a patina that creates a dark blue/ black colour film and then is re-polished to bring out the silver shine on the edges and forged surface.
